Veridian is a 225-acre master planned development located in Schaumburg, Illinois, on the former site of Motorola’s headquarters. UrbanStreet is delivering a thoughtfully curated mixture of uses, including luxury residential, office, entertainment, retail and hospitality, all nestled within an urban-esque street retail district, which will also serve as Schaumburg’s new Downtown District. The redevelopment neighbors the Zurich International Headquarters and the Motorola Solutions office buildings, along with a Topgolf entertainment venue that delivered in 2017.

To date, UrbanStreet has delivered Element at Veridian, a 260-unit apartment community, and is currently constructing One Veridian, a 321-unit, 58,000 SF of retail mixed-use project, and a standalone The Fresh Market grocery store.
