Veridian is a 225-acre master planned development located in Schaumburg, Illinois, on the former site of Motorola’s headquarters. UrbanStreet is delivering a thoughtfully curated mixture of uses, including luxury residential, office, entertainment, retail and hospitality, all nestled within an urban-esque street retail district, which will also serve as Schaumburg’s new Downtown District. The redevelopment neighbors the Zurich International Headquarters and the Motorola Solutions office buildings, along with a Top Golf facility that delivered in 2017.
To date, UrbanStreet has delivered Element at Veridian, a 260-unit apartment community, and is currently constructing One Veridian, a 321-unit, 58,000 SF mixed-use project, and a standalone The Fresh Market grocery store. Homebuilder D.R. Horton delivered 260 townhomes within the development and is currently constructing 66 additional homes. The family office Boler delivered its corporate headquarters office building within the development. Future phases of the development will include residential, retail, and hospitality components.
