The Ruby at Brookfield Square consists of 231 units across two four-story buildings connected by a skybridge, located 10 miles west of downtown Milwaukee and adjacent to the redeveloped Brookfield Square Mall. The Ruby is in close proximity to more than two million square feet of nearby office space at Executive Drive, Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center, and Bishop’s Woods Office Park. This project won the 2024 CoStar Impact Award for multifamily development of the year for the Milwaukee / Madison markets.
